Overview

Pegorion Software Solutions is a software development company offering custom software, SaaS products, AI solutions, and digital transformation services. As the company expanded its offerings. The existing website no longer reflected its capabilities or effectively communicated its value to potential clients.

I led the end-to-end redesign of the marketing website, restructuring its information architecture, redefining the content hierarchy, and introducing new business experiences that aligned with the company's evolving vision.

Understanding the Existing Website

Three roles, three distinct needs

Before redesigning anything, I audited the live site page by page to understand exactly where it was breaking down for visitors.

?What Pegorion does.
?Which products the company has built.
?Which industries it serves.
?Why businesses should choose Pegorion.
?The company's newly introduced BPO services.
?Internship opportunities for aspiring developers.
The Gap

The existing website functioned as a company profile but failed to communicate the breadth of Pegorion's services and products.

Visitors found it difficult to understand:

I focused on four primary goals during the redesign.

Designing for Better Understanding

To make Pegorion easier to understand and navigate, I identified four key opportunities that shaped the redesign.

Restructuring the Information Architecture

The previous homepage introduced information without guiding visitors through a meaningful story. I redesigned the website around the questions prospective clients naturally ask.

Problem
Users had to scroll through mission statements, vision, and generic company information before discovering what Pegorion actually offered.
Solution
I reorganized the entire sitemap and page hierarchy, prioritizing services, products, industries, and clear conversion paths before secondary company information.
Key design choices are highlighted directly on the screens...

Showcasing Products More Effectively

One of the biggest opportunities was improving how Pegorion presented its software products. Rather than mentioning products briefly, I introduced dedicated product showcases that communicate their purpose and encourage further exploration.

Problem
Visitors couldn't understand the company's technical capabilities or explore individual products.
Solution
I introduced dedicated product sections with clear descriptions, feature highlights, industry relevance, and stronger visual hierarchy to improve discoverability.
Before and after comparison: Before shows an action-heavy interface with limited operational visibility; After shows Drive Overview Cards, drive metrics, a My Drives section, and simplified primary actions

Supporting Business Expansion

During the redesign, Pegorion was expanding its team and needed a dedicated experience to support internship applications.

Problem
The existing website had no dedicated space to communicate career opportunities or accept internship applications.
Solution
The new Careers page gave Pegorion a dedicated space to attract talent — since launch, it's become the primary entry point for internship applicants, giving the team a consistent, on-brand way to communicate culture and open roles instead of relying on ad-hoc outreach.

Designed for a seamless experience across devices

A site that finally matches the business

The redesigned website better represents Pegorion's capabilities by clearly communicating its products, services, and expanding business. It provides a structured journey for prospective clients while supporting recruitment through the new Careers page and showcasing the company's BPO offerings.

What I learned from this project

This project reinforced that designing a marketing website goes beyond creating attractive interfaces. It requires translating business objectives into a structured digital experience that communicates value clearly, supports evolving services, and guides users toward meaningful engagement.

Leading the complete redesign strengthened my skills in information architecture, content strategy, responsive web design, and designing experiences that balance business goals with user needs.
