About me
A UI & UX designer six months into my first professional role, translating existing product concepts with backend logic into user flows and high-fidelity screens for SaaS products at Pegorion Software Solutions. I focus on turning complex, multi-role workflows into interfaces people can actually use without friction. Most recently, I independently redesigned the company website, with feedback from the Product Manager and internal stakeholders crediting it with helping build client trust.

AssessFlow
A role-based recruitment assessment platform for scaling exam management, with a secure, distraction-free testing experience for candidates.
- Built the end-to-end exam monitoring experience for the Admin portal, including a centralized Data Management module that eliminated duplicate/inconsistent company and student records.
- Designed the token generation and company approval flows for the Admin team.
- Reworked the recruiter dashboard around the recruitment lifecycle instead of isolated quick actions, in collaboration with the Team Lead.
- Of two competing directions explored by a 2-person design team, the Product Manager selected mine as the foundation for the final product.
Employee Management System
A unified workforce management platform centralizing HR, payroll, attendance, communication, performance, compliance, and learning, replacing multiple disconnected tools.
- Led the end-to-end UX for a role-based Employee Management System spanning Admin, HR, Manager, and Employee portals, translating research across four user roles into a scalable information and permissions architecture.
- Transformed payroll operations from a single cluttered interface into independent, single responsibility modules with a guided 6-step workflow and pre-approval review checkpoints, reducing complexity for HR teams at enterprise scale.
- Partnered with the product team on the Learning Management System module.
- Reimagined project and task management as one connected workflow spanning planning through delivery, cutting context-switching and surfacing role-relevant information at each stage.
- Built and maintained a reusable component system to keep the interface consistent as scope grew.
Website Redesign
A marketing website rebuilt to clearly communicate Pegorion's products and services, replacing a site that no longer reflected the company's growth.
- Independently led the end-to-end overhaul of the company website — Home, Services, and Projects pages — now live in production.
- Restructured the site's information architecture based on research showing visitors couldn't easily find what Pegorion does or offers, reordering the sitemap to lead with services and products over company-first messaging.
- Built two new digital experiences that didn't previously exist: a Careers page to support internship recruitment and a BPO Services section for the company's expanding offerings.
- Credited by the Product Manager and internal stakeholders with helping build client trust.
